Benjamin is the CEO of +8* (www.plus8star.com), a Beijing-based strategic consultancy focused on Internet and mobile innovation in Asia. He is also a renowned expert on cutting edge services such as social networking, FMC or digital worlds, leveraging over 8 years of experience in Japan, South Korea and China.
In 2005, Benjamin founded +8* to bring best practices and innovative ideas from advanced Asian markets to companies worldwide. Plus Eight Star's team of cross-market and cross-culture experts work with leading telecom, Internet, media, advertising and investment firms globally. Clients include Microsoft, Deutsche Telekom, China Mobile, Sands Capital and Adidas.
Benjamin is also the founder of Mobile Monday in Beijing, a community of over 3,000 mobile professionals in China and a member of the global Mobile Monday global network, to enhance information and connections in the mobile industry. He is a regular keynote in industry events (O'Reilly GSP Conference, ITU Asia, Red Herring Asia 100, Asia Venture Capital, etc.) and was selected among China's Top 100 Mobile Industry Influencers in 2007.
